Privacy notice
This notice explains how the independent sole operator trading as Groypers Addons handles personal information. The store is a one-person operation with no employees or support staff.
Controller and contact
The sole operator trading as Groypers Addons is the controller for personal information handled directly by this site. Privacy requests can be emailed to groypersmods@gmail.com or made through the Support page. Tebex independently controls payment information it collects under its own privacy notice.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the store, we may process an account identifier, email address, display name, sign-in-provider details, Tebex transaction and package references, licence and delivery status, support messages, technical diagnostics you choose to provide, and limited security logs such as timestamps, browser or device information, and IP-derived request data. We do not receive or store full card numbers, card security codes, bank-login details, or payment-account passwords.
Why we use it
We use account, order, and support information to perform the purchase contract, deliver licences, maintain purchase history, provide support, and communicate about an order. We use limited logs and transaction signals for our legitimate interests in securing the store, preventing fraud, enforcing licences, diagnosing faults, and defending legal claims. We process records where necessary to meet tax, accounting, consumer-law, or other legal obligations. Optional communications or non-essential technologies will rely on consent where the law requires it.
Payments and service providers
Tebex processes checkout and payment information as merchant of record. We may also use hosting, authentication, email or messaging, error-monitoring, and security providers only as needed to run the store. Those providers may process limited information under their own terms or our instructions. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for unrelated advertising.
Discord and support
If you join or contact us through Discord, Discord receives and processes your account and message data under its own terms. Information posted in public Discord channels can be seen by other members, so do not post passwords, payment credentials, identity documents, private keys, recovery codes, or sensitive personal information. Order support should use only the minimum information needed, such as a transaction reference.
Cart, cookies and local storage
The cart is stored locally in your browser and is sent to the site only when you begin checkout. Essential cookies or similar storage may be used for sign-in, security, preferences, and core store functions. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies will not be used without any consent required by law.
Retention
Account and licence records are kept while the account or licence remains active and for a reasonable period afterward. Transaction, tax, fraud, dispute, and accounting records are retained for the period required by law or reasonably needed to establish, exercise, or defend claims. Support messages and technical logs are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed for those purposes. Retention may be extended where a dispute, chargeback, security incident, or legal hold is active.
Security
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, including limiting access to the sole operator and service providers that need it, separating sensitive configuration from public code, and avoiding storage of full payment credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If a breach creates a legal notification duty, affected people and the relevant authority will be notified as required.
International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside your country. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, the relevant provider or controller will use an approved transfer mechanism or another lawful safeguard. Provider privacy notices give further details about their locations and transfer arrangements.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Some requests may be limited where records must be kept for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or legal claims. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request.
Complaints and children
Please contact us first so a concern can be investigated. You may also complain to the data-protection authority where you live, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office where applicable. The store is not directed to children under 13. A person under 18 should use the store only with a parent or guardian's involvement and should not send unnecessary personal information.

We may update this notice when services, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will remain published here. Material changes will be highlighted or otherwise communicated where required.
