Terms of sale and use
These terms form the agreement between you and the independent sole operator trading as Groypers Addons when you access this site, create an account, or buy or use a digital add-on.
Who operates the store
Groypers Addons is currently a one-person operation with no employees or support staff. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean that sole operator. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and may not be immediate, continuous, or available at particular hours.
Eligibility and authority
You must be legally capable of entering a contract. If you are under 18, you may purchase or use a product only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for the purchase and use. You must provide accurate checkout and account information and keep account access secure.
Products and licence
After confirmed payment and delivery, you receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased add-on for its documented purpose. Ownership and intellectual-property rights do not transfer to you. You must not resell, share, leak, sublicense, republish, copy for others, remove ownership notices, bypass licence controls, or claim the product as your own.
Compatibility and updates
The product page identifies the supported Minecraft, Meteor, loader, operating-system, and other requirements known at the time of sale. You are responsible for checking them before purchase. Compatibility is not promised for unlisted versions, third-party modifications, every server, or future game changes. Updates, new features, and continued availability are not guaranteed unless the product page expressly says otherwise.
Acceptable use
Products are supplied only for legitimate client-side customisation and lawful use. You are responsible for complying with Minecraft's terms, applicable law, and the rules of every server or platform you use. You must not use a product to attack, disrupt, overload, exploit, obtain unauthorised access to, or damage any person, server, service, or system.
Orders, prices and delivery
Checkout, taxes, payment, fraud screening, receipts, and eligible payment reversals are handled by Tebex, which acts as the checkout provider and merchant of record. The total price and available payment methods are shown at checkout. An order is accepted only when Tebex confirms payment. Digital delivery normally begins after confirmation, but fraud review, outages, or incorrect information can delay or prevent delivery.
Digital delivery and cancellation
Digital products are made available for immediate delivery. Where required, checkout will ask for your express consent to delivery beginning during any cancellation period and your acknowledgement that beginning delivery may end the change-of-mind cancellation right. That does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded, including remedies for digital content that is faulty, misdescribed, or not supplied.
Refunds
All sales are final once digital delivery has begun, except where the Refund Policy or applicable law requires a repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation, or refund. A mistaken purchase, change of mind, unsupported setup, third-party conflict, server restriction, ban, licence breach, or failure to read compatibility information does not normally qualify for a refund. The separate Refund Policy forms part of these terms.
Support and account enforcement
Support may require proof of purchase, diagnostic information, and reasonable troubleshooting. We may suspend access or revoke a licence where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, chargebacks, account compromise, redistribution, licence sharing, abuse, or a material breach of these terms. We will not remove statutory rights, and any refund entitlement remains governed by applicable law.
Disclaimers and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses caused by unsupported configurations, third-party software, server decisions, misuse, events outside reasonable control, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Business users accept that products are not supplied for safety-critical use and that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the site or a product where reasonably necessary for security, legal, technical, or operational reasons. Changes to these terms apply prospectively from the published update date and do not reduce rights already acquired under a completed purchase. If a material change affects an ongoing service, reasonable notice will be given where practicable.
Law and disputes
Mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live continue to apply. Before starting a formal claim, please email groypersmods@gmail.com or use the Support page with the Tebex transaction reference and enough detail to investigate. Nothing in these terms prevents either party from using a court or dispute process available under applicable law.
